Deceitful business. The website offered me a premium membership that supposedly includes the benefit of paying housekeepers online. Then, after I paid $50 for the premium membership, there was no way to pay the housekeeper on the website. I contacted customer service and they told me I will have to pay the housekeeper cash in person. I asked for a manager and was told one would get back to me but no one ever did. I own a cleaning business as signed up for a month to recruit cleaners to work for me. I got a care recruiting solutions membership that cost $150 for the month. I would advise any businesss thinking of using this service to think twice. I contacted cleaners I liked by sending them a message telling them that i was looking for cleaners who needed work and if they were interested to let me know. Care.com or cci.care.com is a scam. I paid for a one time use and they have continued to bill me monthly for nearly a year even though I never used their "service" again.. .

I had cancelled my subscription with care.com back in July ************************************************* since then. I logged in to the account to find a number to call - was able to submit an email complaining and get the phone number from my credit card company. I was told they couldn't refund me and I asked to escalate the a manager - was told they weren't available and they'd call me back. 4 business days later - no call back and they closed my email case saying it was completed. Care.com continued to charge us a monthly fee of $58.95 even though we cancelled months ago. Got no where with their customer service.Even incurred charges of $10, $20 and dont know what those charges are regarding.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made a payment then tried to log into my account but was unable to because they limited my account access due to a possible community guidelines violation. No real explanation however. I've sent several emails since September to figure out what the problem was but I have yet to receive a response or refund. This company seems like a scam to me.

NEVER EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS COMPANY (Care.com) . I have so many times tried to cancel my subscription. I used them for one month and they have still continued to charge me. You cannot get a hold of anyone to stop them from stealing from you. I have now paid 59 months from their theft. Untrustworthy thieves. 0 stars if I could.

Caregiver Registries are licensed and regulated in the **************** by AHCA ******************************************* Care.com is circumventing these regulations which compromises Seniors and the families who use this service. The service is illegal, unlicensed, unsupervised & illegitimate. I ask that any response to this review include how they are legally allowed and able to operate an unlicensed Nurse Registry in the ****************.

I have been a member for at least ********************************************************************* my home and this is worked out great. Unfortunately they now charge me mandatory fees-To participate in this, we increases greatly each year and I get less and less services on my end-
