What a scam. They make it impossible to cancel a subscription and continue to charge you for months. You cant cancel the subscription from your account, it automatically logs you out (if you can even find where to cancel). Then you cant get any billing **** number, they say you have to get it from your billing statement but I never got any billing statement, nor is there one available in your account. I am unable to cancel my subscription. I have been trying for several weeks and it looks like I will be charged again for a horrible service. I have met two people on there that are unreliable. They seem to me more like hustlers than caretakers. I wouldn't recommend that website to no one.

Absolutely horrible business! Zero customer service and support! When I tired calling their safety support number no one ever answered, I finally got an automated reply saying "leave a message", which I did and I never got a call back! I tried their corporate number and after being on hold for a long time I finally got a human but when I voiced my concerns she HUNG UP on me!! Very shady business practices. Do not spend any money here. This is a risky company in so many ways. Total thugs. They charge you for a service that 1. prospective caregivers have zero accountability, don't answer texts, messages, and cancel constantly. 2. Background check costs are astronomical and sketchy 3. The profiles and services are not managed or monitored properly.

Care.com recycles ads to fill in the absence of new request. Within about 24 hors of purchasing the membership I attempted to down and cancel and keep being rest assured that I am able to continue using there services until December ! But why would I want to? At this point my emails are going un answered. If you do not have a membership, you cant contact anyone which is insane . So over it!

Terrible company. They paired me with a nanny that had a criminal record, despite the fact that they claim to preform background checks on all their members. They then kicked her off the site, now Im scared she will retaliate. I hate that they put me in this predicament and I feel scared for my life. All they told me to do was contact law enforcement.

I have had NO SUCCESS in hiring a senior caregiver. I decided to try the paid service for 3 months and have now paid an exponentially higher rate for over a year due to their AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. No customer service phone number to reach them. Don't waste your money like I did! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I finally canceled one week into yet another Automatic Renewal period. I want a prorated refund (which they do not offer)!!! I'm so disgusted with their recurring renewal practices.

I paid three months premium members and its not much different then the free basic membership. They claim you can now message families but thats not true. I am still unable to reach out to families after applying to their job. I asked for a refund they denied that request. In years past going back to 2016-2018 I was able to do so much more after paying my membership Im highly disappointed

No hiring.. I answered thousands of ads but only 3% answered and will pay against what they advertised. Most scammers trying to get information from me. I complained a lot .
