You cannot get anyone on ***************** does not have a phone nImber to call. Very frustrating. Those of us that arent computer saavy, it is impossible to hire anyone to help.

I have been attempting to sign up for a premium membership to be able to message potential sitters for literal weeks now. I'm unable to upgrade. When I attempt to call, message, email, contact them in any way, it says I need a premium membership to be able to that. I'm TRYING to get a premium membership, but I need someone to assist me. I have 20+ yrs experience & excellent references. I have applied for 8 jobs & have heard nothing from any of them. These jobs are either fake, or the people arent seeing my profile.

**************** is non-existent. Ive tried calling their phone number which is only found on other sites. It tells you to go to their website and hangs up the phone. *** tried emailing, calling, contacting through ******** and instagram and have gotten no where. You can only contact their live chat if youre a premium member. Dont ever work with Care.com unless you want to be stuck paying their memberships for life. Do not use this site. The background checks are ineffective. My daughter hired a pet sitter to stay at her house for 2 days. I cannot tell you the chaos that ensued. If they did not have cameras in their house they would not have known what was happening while they were away. The petsitter there for not even 24 hours did not take care of any of the pets, when my daughter and her husband tried to reach her she did not answer. This prompted them to call family members and the police who found food wrappers and cans thrown all ... read more

I am so disappointed with this company. I was a user in 2018 and had a fine experience so I decided to sign up again to get some extra work. Despite having 3 other profiles approved from before, they still have not approved my *********** profile and it has been over 30 days. I reached out to customer service via email THREE times with no response and I chatted with someone after 2 weeks who said 'this is a tech issue. You just need to be patient'. They discriminate against ppl who have had encounters with the law. Even if you were just accused of a crime they wont allow you to use their services which probably affects minorities disproportionately. Its sad

I have been a premium member for 5 years without any problems. At the end of September I went back, looking for jobs and discovered that job matches I my mobile were childcare job matches, even though my profile says senior care and even though I use the search button and it takes me to senior care matches, they have all already been filled, I just cant see them when they are first posted because those job matches are child care I have sent seven emails to theirtech/customer support and have chatted using the chat option at ... read more
