I would give them a ride straight to jail! I am a child care provide who had been called BY CARE.COM for approx 6 months to join their network, I finally allowed them to present their services only to find out, AFTER A MONTH, that they SCAM hard working people of their monies. I tried to find a suitable caregiver gave it several chances. Nothing. Creating and Account was a waste of money. It took a really, really long time to locate where to cancel the account. WORST customer services as in you CANNOT reach them! This MUST be illegal! We signed up for the service, never used it. Tried to access our account to close it, but the email address we originally used no longer existed. Their "solution" for contacting them was to log into your account and chat with customer service so long as you had the upgraded membership level. If I could rate this company a zero I would. Don't pay a ***** to this company for their sham service. I paid $445 for their premium access which resulted in one ad that was closed out prematurely, and scant applicants. You're basically paying them for nothing. They refuse to speak with customers on the phone and will only respond via chat or email. They also refuse to provide refunds to unsatisfied customers. Just like everyone else who was screwed out of money by them. Twice I used them and twice they reinstated my account and began charging me monthly again. I didn't catch it either time for 2 months. They refused to give me a refund. They lie, lie, lie! DO NOT USE!

There is no way to reach a person at care.com for anything. They expect disabled individuals who need someone to help to use the computer to fill stuff out as if they were top notch computer programmers themselves! Very poor customer service!!!

this is a horrible company with nonexistent customer service they sell you premium service and say you get unlimited background checks but it suddenly stops working after one background report is done and they will nit help you they wil do absolutely nithing and waste your time in their chatlime all day sendimg you pre-canned messages of 100s of things to do to fix your own problem which you can not. they have no phone customer service. the chat line people have zero clie about anything and do not resolve any issues.

Total scam they will automatically sign you up for a yearly payment of $166 after your trial ends, half of all these sitters dont even have qualifications and will specify that they need to bring their children along but are charging over $25 an hr. No refunds offered for their terrible services. I wouldnt recommend working with them, their customer service representatives are extremely rude and conniving.

Horrible site! Just had a chat closed on me by **** from Care.com because he was telling me full on lies and kept blaming me for something I was not doing. i was trying to understand why my response rate to messages was at 67% when I had and always respond to every message!
