My apologies to anyone who is in need and hasnt been treated fairly. My name is ****************** and I almost signed up and paid for the premium package. Glad I read the reviews first to see if this company was legit. Im qualified and have extremely references and a thorough resume! Im located in the Central Valley. This company is only out for your money. It is expensive and offers little. No refunds. They try to sell you things you dont need before you even browse. They make it seem as if there are so many available pet sitters, when in fact there arent. Profiles have not been checked for long periods. Most sitters dont respond. One sitter made an appointment to meet, cancelled, rescheduled then backed out the last minute. The site is difficult to use.
The company took 3 payments out of my account, totaling $254.00. I havent used Care.com for 3 years. (On the same day) I tried calling Care.com, but they dont have a phone number, and I had to use their Chat on their website. Their representative ***** stated that the other 2 transactions were Holds on my account in preparation for the $78.00 transaction. He refunded only 1 transaction of $78.00. Misrepresent their services. Signed up and did a booking request to one provider and they shared it with many more. I asked customer care about it and asked where this process was documented and they admitted it was not in their FAQs or on the website anywhere. If I would have known it would be shared with everyone even after only requesting it be shared with one, I would not have paid and signed up. Of course, no refunds and completely useless customer service. All they do is apologize.
Overall, we had a horrible experience. No thanks I will count. Just wanted to auto pay and we were not reminded or notified. After we ask for a refund, it was rejected even though we did not use service past the first month. We also did not find our nanny there so all in all, save your money, and go somewhere else.
Website is difficult to navigate. **************** associates & management are not helpful and are unprofessional.
Everything these people have said are true, I know because its happening to me. They are committing consumer fraud against all of us and who knows how many more. Im thinking of suing them under a class action suit to stop them from playing with peoples lives and livelihoods. What theyre doing is despicable and hurting people who simply are look for a job.If interested somehow get back to me somehow. Im not allowed to leave an email address.Its time we look out for ourselves.
Paid for premium, but none of my applications were submitted even after I was approved. I emailed customer support 3 times with no response, even though they said they would respond in 48 hours. It has been 2 weeks. I messaged the ******** page, but no further info was given other than to use the live chat (there is no live chat). This company is a scam and a waste of time.
I give this place zero stars. No customer service.Impossible to get find a service rep. I canceled my account months ago and am still Being charged.No one will help me.Close this down!
