I am unable to cancel my subscription. I have been trying for several weeks and it looks like I will be charged again for a horrible service. I have met two people on there that are unreliable. They seem to me more like hustlers than caretakers. I wouldn't recommend that website to no one.

Do not spend any money here. This is a risky company in so many ways. Total thugs. They charge you for a service that 1. prospective caregivers have zero accountability, don't answer texts, messages, and cancel constantly. 2. Background check costs are astronomical and sketchy 3. The profiles and services are not managed or monitored properly.
