I've had a basic free membership for many years. I have posted jobs, but they are rejected, yet no one will tell me why. I just discovered three separate charges on my credit card statement that I didn't make. When I sign into my account, it still says I have the basic membership and no charges have been made. I called them to have them removed. They said they have a strict no refunds policy. I said I never made the charges, but they still refuse to credit my account. I will call my bank and file a complaint against them.

Agreed! It is a scam! I'm on hold with my bank as we speak to stop payment to Care.com. Site notified me that I had a message from a potential client, but to communicate with them, I had to upgrade = pay more. In fact, to get customer service, the site said I had to upgrade = pay more.Not a reputable or good company!

I cancelled the service on the app and for some reason it did not process. I didn't realize this until I was charged for another month. Once this was brought to my attention I immediate logged in via the website and cancelled the service. I then chatted with them to see if they would be willing to refund my money since it was a glitch in their app - nope so sorry, but you can use the app until July 12th. The people I interacted with through the site for babysitting, nannies, and housecleaners had different prices than advertised and, in one case, bailed less than 24 hours before the confirmed engagement, even though we'd booked weeks in advance looking for coverage for a big family celebration. Don't waste you money if you are looking for a job! It's almost like a scam, they take your money, you can't update your information, the app is terrible and there is no customer service for help solving any problems. I sent countless emails to address the problems and to ask for support and this is their response "This email address is no longer monitored" STAY AWAY!! I wish I read the reviews before I sign up.

Terrible company practices. They will try to prevent you from cancelling your membership. The people responding to you on he apparel bots. They will never call you.There is no way to reach the company unless you find their merchant number in your credit card transaction notice.

Terrible! Predatory and shady, As if finding childcare wasn't as difficult and expensive as it is- we have these predatory companies making our lives harder. I haven't had great luck finding an occasional babysitter and I really needed one for a particular day. I signed up for what I thought was a 1 month subscription.
