They won't let you cancel your membership! You cannot do it online if you need to change your password- I signed up for forgot your password and it wouldn't let me change it! The site just kept trying to make me login when I needed a new password! When you try to contact them by email you cannot submit it. Also you cannot get any help through their **** number. I have to cancel my debit card so they will stop billing me! Horrible!

Their website is awful. With premium membership they still try to make you post a job opening to all instead of allowing you pick one or two providers of your choice to message. By contract you are supposed to be allowed with a premium membership to send up to fifty messages a day. They block this, trying to force you to list the job as an open to public listing.
Beware of this company. Once they take your money-it's GONE. I cancelled my account and they still charged me. I complained and asked for a refund and they would not come to a resolution. Back in the good old days people would value repeat customers. Nowadays companies like this dont care at all about the customer. Watch Out!
I joined Care Premium because I needed someone to help in the house. First of all, it is not possible to talk to Care. Second nobody contacted me so I contacted a few people. The majority did not respond. The one that responded scheduled a meeting to discuss the job and she never showed up or even texted me that she will not come.I finally found someone to come by my own contacts and forgot about Care.They charged me for a second term without ever telling me that they will do so. They charge before doing the credit check. I was trying to enroll my wife to be a babysitter and they charge 25$ to do the credit check. I paid and when I put my wife info and SSN their website says it is not possible because of some problem they can't specify. Basically stole 25$ from me
Deserve a zero star! Very deceptive people. Waste of time and money. I own a ******* center, they solicited me to sign up with them for an annual fee of $200 and they will send me credible leads for potential enrollments. Their representative, *********************, made it seem that if I'm not satisfied they will refund my money. All the leads they sent to me were fake and bogus. They charge you 25 dollars to book a last minute sitter. If you speak to the sitter and are not compatible, and have booked 24 hours prior. It doesn't matter if you cancelled two minutes after the sitter accepted the job. You lose your 25 dollars. If you ask to speak to a representative, you are told to check your bank statement for the number. They refused to give me their customer service number. I had better luck on other sites. The poor customer service means I will never use this site again.
