This company, as you will see from the other reviews is a complete and utter scam. They are basically predicated on luring you in with an attractive initial offer and then making it next to impossible to cancel while they rob you. My wife just discovered, only because our bank changed, that they had been charging us $85 every three months since 2016. Absolutely terrible platform and almost a downright scam. When we signed up for the annual subscription, they default to checking the box for unlimited background checks so we were charged $280 for that. Their help center states they offer no refunds even though we were just charged two days ago and never used background checks. There is no support phone number, nor live chat nor email so there is no way to actually communicate with them. I purchased a premium account for one quarter and did not find a single caregiver during that time. Everyone I contacted was unavailable which makes me question the legitimacy of the website. Another international fraud, based In *****, unauthorized charge of $38.95 appeared on my CC account, without confirmation, cancellation link is hidden and takes time to locate it, cancelled subscription, originally was offered one time discount of $27.95 , but never committed to continuing it. Beware using Care.com - their policy is to auto renew no matter what option you select. If you select the 1-month option because you only want 1-month of service cancel it immediately after opening. They state their policy of auto renewing as a service to you - "If youre wondering why Care.com charged you for another month, thats because our subscriptions automatically renew.
