Care.com website does not allow me to remove my credit card information even after I have cancelled my subscription. I would prefer that my private credit card information is removed. In addition, I would like a courtesy one-time refund of my subscription as we haven't used Care.com in over two years because we have not found professional, reliable candidates in our area. I received a $14.99 charge on my credit card on 12/19/22, I have only a basic membership as a caregiver and have never had any active jobs. I am unable to contact care.com customer service because I do not have an upgraded, paying membership. Please remove this charge from my credit card.
**************** unwilling to provide refund even after I fully explained the nanny I selected for service on 12/10/22 and 12/14/22 never responded. I was not able to find a care.com nanny I wanted to use and the one I did want to use never responded. I expect a full refund ASAP. My case was escalated to a supervisor however they were unhelpful and said they wont refund the money despite the fact I have not been able to use the service.

No costumer service at all, once you pay you are alone and lost, the app doesnt work, you cant access jobs or edit or cancel your membership or do anything, you can chat but it takes a long time to answer and no real answers from the chat, same by email no answer no phone number so just find another app because you will be very frustrated and waisting your time.

I have written to care.com to remove a defamatory review that clearly doesnt make sense. I quit and afterwards ************** writes that her **************** were being ignored. I called care.com and said Think about it. If your **************** were being ignored you would fire them immediately. Not be mad that they quit and bring it up after they quit. These people charged me twice in April 2022, I canceled once I found a babysitter in April, and they continued to charge me. Totally my fault for not monitoring my credit card, so I ran a search for all charges from this company, and they have been charging me since I canceled (April through last week). I double checked my account and it is in fact a FREE ACCOUNT. I called to speak to someone, and he basically said "I can refund one month but I dont have the authorization to cancel the rest". Thieves! Do not use this website. They will automatically bill you continually hoping you don't notice. Refuse to give any sort of refund because it's in there terms of service somewhere hidden. I can't believe that it's even legal these days to just have automatic renew with no option for month-to-month on a subscription service. They should be put out of business for robbing young families of hard-earned and much needed money. Got to love capitalism.

The worst company to do business with. I have been unable to get in touch directly with a live person for over 5 days, and their response is a poor excuse of professionalism on all levels. I was charged twice and still have been unable to even get logged in because it states my password is incorrect nor will it allow me to reset password. My response from them has simply been to reach out to their help center after logging g into my acct.
