Terrible company. Tried to cancel, never looked at any of the applications but they still charged me for an additional month. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. They will only text or email and they decide when the conversation is over. Makes me question how safe the applicants are and the background checks. Wouldn't trust this company at all.
Nothing is correct in the businesses they have listed they post false information so you will pay them to join and none of the information about a business your looking for is correct --i was trying to find a dog groomer and the hours of operation the prices and even the staff on hand and services they offer nothing was correct information and they have a discloser at the top to call and verify but when you call them you look like an idiot because im asking questions and the people think im crazy because the information is t... read more

I would rather give ZERO STARS. or better yet NEGATIVE STARS!! what a crappy, dishonest company. They take advantage of people who are really in need of help. AS SOON as you sign up you get charged for a full year (not even sure yet if my cancellation has actually gone through). They may hide this way down in some small print somewhere, but they surely do not make it obvious when they make you sign up for the premium membership you need to see ANYTHING. They steal your money and refuse to refund and there is nothing you can do about it. If I could give zero stars I would. Somehow my account was switched to different email address so when I logged in to cancel it showed that I already cancelled premium. Then they continued to charge me for a year. When I tried to contact customer service their listed number was disconnected and the only way to contact them was through email. As a Recruiter for a childcare company, we often need to hire staff in remote locations. I thought this would be a good place to post jobs, however, the service care.com provides is unclear, unhelpful and you never get to talk to a real person (they have no phone number). I purchased a 3-month package- this package did not let me post jobs. Ripped off. I thought the annual membership was *****. Next thing I have a charge for ****** out of my account. Care.com refused to refund the amount. I had the membership for 3 days.

WARNING Im Going to file a complaint but in the meantime let me warn you. Care.com is now a scam. Years ago is was legit but now they trick you into giving your credit card info to have on file, then charge you for a year. Very unprofessional company! Not only do they not get back to you via email for on-going issues related to my care profile. They violated there own terms and conditions by leaving a defamatory review up on my page. ZERO RATING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible company, deceiving terms and conditions. They auto renewed my policy without my consent and then kept insisting it's part of the terms and conditions, and so they refused to give a refund. I mentioned that I have not used the service at all during the duration of the time the auto renewal was into effect. The agent via chat refused to put me in touch with a supervisor and said my issue was escalated - I NEVER heard from anyone. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
