SCAM!!! Do not subscribe under any circumstance. I canceled and was still getting billed for it. i never received an email until the person i contacted sent an email. Also, there phone number does not work so you can call them you have to email or chat. If there was a zero-star option i would take it. So mad I fell for their scam twice. I have deleted my account and will never ever use them again no matter what. I want my full refund back.

I found a great person to clean my house and no longer needed the service. I cancelled the subscription on their app only to be billed for another month. I was informed via email that I had to cancel through my Apple account. Why would their app say that I cancelled the subscription? i could only communicate via email. I attempted to respond to the email and the response was this matter is resolved. Poor business model and terrible communication and customer service. I'm done with this company.

I came here to complain about my experience only to see so many people complaining about the same thing. HORRIBLE communication- you unknowingly get signed up for recurring subscription billing and they have a policy of NO refunds on subscriptions. I received ZERO notice that a recurring billing was happening. I happened to check my credit card account and saw a charge for whole year of a premium subscription. I never once booked or found someone decent on care.com and they make it impossible for you to find your membership ... read more

This service is awful. I signed up for a three month subscription to find someone to hire for math and the day after I paid money, the site stopped working. I could get into specific parts of the site in my history but if I typed care.com, it would say the site couldnt be reached. I couldnt use the chat feature on their site because the site wouldnt load and when I tried to call, there was no option to talk to a person. This company is a FRAUD! I signed up in April for a 3 month membership to try to find a nanny. We ended up finding outside help and so I cancelled in June before my membership renewed in July. However I was STILL BILLED. When I contacted them through chat they stated they DO NOT DO REFUNDS under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I called my bank and had them reverse the charge, went back on my account and made sure my subscription was cancelled. Then AGAIN in October they charged me AGAIN! Horrible. I signed up as a provider but my responses arent going through. Ive reached out for help via email which is the only option. 2 weeks later and no reply. Terrible company

You need to seriously read the one star reviews on this company. They are all true. They did the same thing to me with my credit card charges. We had assumed that they had just made a mistake with the billing but when we called customer service they explained that we had an automatic renewal set up at the inception. We could find no such information. They also give no notification that a renewal is coming up or that they have charged our card. They have no interest in the service part of the company. First I wasn't able to cancel my membership. Every time I try to cancel, their website logs me out.Their chat also was not working when I tried contacting them last.Before that, they told me they were not able to provide a full refund but the best they could do was to give me a partial refund of $17.90 and downgrade my account to 1 month. I said as long as I will not be charged anymore after the 1 month then fine. They said yes, I would not be charged at all anymore after 1 month. I joined early this year (January) for a quarter-year subscription. I was charged again in April and called customer service saying I had only signed up for a quarter year. They said they don't do refunds despite the fact I only signed up for a quarter year. They said they would credit me one the two months out of the quarter.
