I have been trying to cancel. I have no income and I never hired any one!!! I keep being charged and they tell me I must continue to pay. I went to try to log into my account and now my account is working to log on. this is not okay. I am negative in my account I dont need care.com worst choice to sign up.

Zero stars. This company should be out of business. It makes me sick to my stomach every time I see an ad on TV. It's incredibly poorly run and has zero integrity. Many of the nanny's are awful and can't be trusted. I would not use it to hire anyone for any thing.

I cant believe after being a member for approximately 7 yrs you discover I do not meet the guidelines for member eligibility and you can not give me an explanation. I would like to be reinstated as a member because I feel like my account was closed over false allegations thats not being explained to me. If you refuse to reinstate me as a member I will file a complaint with the BBB.

I use care.com as a recruiter for a nanny agency and I used it when I was sitter, so I saw both sides. Their customer service is very unresponsive and responses are vague. There is no possibility of a refund when some part of the site is down and I cannot access my account. Care.com creates profoundly unrealistic ideas about cost of nannies, and expectations parents should have as employers. This website in general, has a good concept of being a hub that connects caregivers with possible employers. We found several good contacts out of the couple of weeks we had an ad listed. The reason I am giving them a bad review is that the billing practices are unethical. They lure you in with a "free basic membership" which you can do nothing with but see caregivers, not communicate with them. Care.com is the worst at helping the people who are those looking for work. I have messaged them eight times in 17 days with no response whatsoever. Fraudulent billing practices. Billed my credit card without consent not just for yearly membership but also a $45 every month for no reason. It was nit on billing activity. No receipt was sent. It is impossible to get in touch with someone.

Horrible company. I signed up for free service to view caregivers for my wife who had a stroke. None of the caregivers profiles that responded to my free job posting looked acceptable to me. I found a caregiver thru my church. Unbeknownst to me, I was upgraded to a premium membership. I was never emailed or contacted in any way that my free posting converted to a premium membership.
