WOW!!! I am in awe of the level of customer support and overall customer experience from **********************. My bank flagged a charge from them as fraudulent and when i looked into it they have been charging me $40/month with no notice of renewal for the last 2 years every month! The worst experience ever. I was looking for childcare through care.com. I was told that the company hire highly trained and back round checks for their site. So i searched and found a lady by the name *********************. I start my daughter on 9/26/21 paying $90 dollars every Sunday. I'm a single mother with three kid's and childcare is very expensive. Care.com is a rip off and even after emailing them to cancel subscription they continue to charge you. They make it impossible to contact them. Click HELP and it goes nowhere. Search internet for their number and it just gives instructions to go online a click HELP. They send unvaccinated people to your home. They are not responsible for the caregivers on their site. My bank is trying to help me, but site is just another way to rip off people in their time of need.
I would say to anyone looking to find help..... RUN from Care.com . this is a scam business. I am contacting my states Attorney General about this so-called business. Impossible to end auto renewal sub. AutoUpgrade The charges are outrageous. It never ends. No one to contact. Terrible company that leaves you broke with endless credit card charges.
Worst customer service ever because it's non existent. You cancel their service like they tell you to, jumping through hoops all the way and they continue to charge you. I emailed them and it said 48hrs for a response which was 4 wks and by the response they obviously didn't read the email it was a canned response. SCAM! For two years they have taken over $900+ for membership services that I never ending up using. They made it nearly impossible to cancel! I would log into my account to try and cancel with no way other than to call them. No phone number listed to talk to a live person. No email to chat with customer service. Predatory business that is taking advantage of child care seekers and providers in a difficult market. The website consistently doesn't work. The company takes no responsibility except to collect up front subscription fees and refuse to communicate with customers when they're unable to provide services. All customer service seems to be outsourced and doesn't have the authority to resolve any issues.
Fraud, fraud, fraud. Claim to be a free service with a basic membership. Then somehow upgrade you to a premium membership with automatic renewal and **** into infinity. Worthless. Fraud.
