Very sketchy experience for a supposedly legitimate business. If you're a applying for jobs and not hearing anything back from clients/prospective employers, this *** be why. Bad customer service.Website designed by highschoolers.Home pay has to be the worst payment solution known to man.I can't even leave any constructive criticism. The site any payroll needs a complete redesign,Please burn your servers and pay ****** to redo it.
I wish I had done more research before signing up for care.com. This is not a comment on the providers who post through there, but the company as a whole. The customer service is nonexistent. There ap is erroneous and after multiple attempts to contact costumer service for help, over a month later I received a generic email that didnt address the issue. have always had an acct with care.com without an issue. I haven't used it in awhile because I was taking care of my dad with cancer the past few years. I go back on to my acct and order a certified badge check and to change my personal information since I moved. I emailed them because it wouldn't allow me too. Asking them to assist me,but instead I get an email stating they closed my account and they didn't haft to give me a reason. After taking my money the same day I'd say I deserve a reason. The worst customer care I've experienced in years. For a company named care, they care nothing about their customers. They WILL NOT send you emails about upcoming bills, not even about a new billing cycle. They will also not refund you even within days of a call. All seems designed to get you to forget about the service and for them to keep billing you in stealth. I don't know how they're even allowed to accept credit cards with these types of practices.
This company is incredibly deceptive. After offering a "one month" subscription option that is actually a recurring monthly charge, they did not process my cancellation and have continued to charge me after canceling, and you cannot get in touch with any customer service.
I been trying to cancel for 2 months. No one ever answers their customer service or emails. Horrible customer service!
BILLED ** $41.00 on OCT. 15th after our account was cancelled one month earlier in Sept.Contacted them today and they still will not refund our Paypal payment. A dispute has been filed with Paypal since services have not been rendered.. Shady Opereation!
Worst customer service They automaticlly charge you. Theri sytem doesnt let you delete your credit card. Jsut bad faith business ******. If i can offer 0 stars I will do that . But i dont have that option so relcutantky have to give 1 start
