This is a complete waste of money - do not waste your time or money on this website service. We signed up to find a nanny to watch our children, and received a lot of interest from nannies registered on this website. We set-up interviews and every single one of the applicants were a no show. We soon realized that CARE.com pays for the top 10 websites for reviews on their company on google.com search engine - you need to really search to find the accurate, honest reviews which reflect the reality of how awful this company is.... read more
Can not contact a human without paying $5 and even still, it does not help. Not qualified caregivers. Terrible terrible business.
Care.com continues to charge me even though I have canceled my account and I have tried multiple times to stop these charges. Ever time Im told my account will no longer be charged they end up charging me AGAIN!!! This has been going on for eleven months! Beware of even trying to use their services.
I have been trying to use care.com for a month now with no successEvery job posting comes back declined ** care provider responds to messages ** help / support functions work, no one responds to help emails, the chat function never responds, and there is no contact number. I think this website is a scam and I doubt I can get a refund. And, we paid for the premium service!!

After signing up for a subscription, they automatically renew your subscription and NEVER TELL YOU! You get charged EVERY MONTH thereafter!When I connected with the customer service, they said they could not refund the month it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Care.Com is a misleading company that will take your money and not provide the service. I have emailed this company, attempted to contact them regarding refunding my money,. On 9/1/2021 I paid for a subscription in a effort to hire a tutor to assist my 2nd grade nephew with his homework. There is absolutely no contact information only email as a way to communicate with company. My job **** offers a reimbursement benefit from care.com it does not matter if the receipt of payment is from their website, I get denied every single time. I am out of money that I do not even have. I used this website because the benefit, otherwise I would not have. I will take legal action through my work.
