Same issue as several others. I spoke with several Legalzoom employees and they assured me they have cancelled my account and filed proper papers to dissolve my LLC. They still continue to charge my account and not even sure if they are lying about dissolving my LLC. This has been going on for the past 2 years.This may require taking legal action against LegalZoom.
Still waiting 3+ weeks for a simple print and digital copy of a Basic Living Trust. Their chat service is a run-around, asking the same questions repeatedly. They cannot answer the status of an order. Never use them.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company and strongly recommend that others avoid doing business with them. I have been begging LegalZoom to stop taking money from my account for months. I signed up just to protect a business name and they added all kinds of services that I did not want or ask for. They refuse to give me a refund even though I have cancelled multiple times and never used their services.
Legalzoom has the worst customer service hands-down. They charged me $299 for a service that we no longer needed and then told us for that particular type of subscription there were no refunds offered. And this was after they passed us from person to person just to hear that. I would never do business with them again. Zenbusiness is fantastic and who we will use from now on.
LegalZoom is a SCAM. BEWARE and DO NOT use their services, you will be stuck with charges that they claim will never go away or stop. When you ask for a refund due to medical disabilities and never giving them permission to withdraw money they will try to give you a "discount" for future subscriptions. They do not send you receipt of bills or payments they take from your account. They do not care if your business is running or not, they just take your money. Never again. Called to cancelled account 30 days before renewal. Said they needed written paper work uploaded to close account. Also mailed a letter to close account. Submitted paper work. Account auto renewed at 5:00 am on the original renew date. Called and blocked my account and called ********************** to close my account. Was my paper work received no they said.. The legal zoom services are unprofessional. The team is not empathetic and doesn't get deep into a client issues; regardless of the issue's uniqueness.
