Even when your llc is dissolved they continue billing a subscription fee of $299 and wont refund the money. There is literally nothing to administer but they continue charging fees. Be very careful using this company.

Fraudulent. I requested subscriptions be canceled prior to being charged and they still charged me. I've yet to receive a refund of over $500 for all charges I canceled PRIOR to being charged. I have tried to remove my card but they have no way to do it on site, you have to call customer support which fights back every change given. I feel like I'm just gettin money siphoned off my card for a product I do not want.

Im just going to say that had I read these reviews before I wouldn't be here now. ***** hundred dollars wasted. With no help. I think I'm going to *** this company. The fact that I have to give this company a star is not even fair because they don't deserve it. I can't believe anyone who says this business truly helped. Being that I pay for advertisement I know for sure these rating are ridged.

I signed up for the services to complete a will, which I did. Little did I know that it would charge me for an annual subscription at $199. When I called to complain I was told I could cancel but it wouldn't go into effect until the next renewal date next year! This is a total scam. Do not use!

Transparency is not their strong suit. They do not send receipts or notifications about renewals. Then they will continue to charge you year after year. When we called back to dispute the issue they were no help and refused to amend anything. Absolutely would not use them again.

I field paperwork to open a business. I received a notice from the State indicating Legal Zoom did not file the proper paperwork. I reached out to Legal Zoom and they indicated they were waiting for the Singer agents paperwork. Which was included with the paperwork from the state. I requested a refund and was told I would receive it in 7 business day. Come to find out thats wasnt true. Had I not called I would not have know the refund would take two to three weeks. BEWARE DO NOT USE Legal zoom is a legal firm ripping off small business I cannot believe no one has addressed this federally they are scamming small businesses There is no easy way to cancel subscription on their website They do not send an email with auto renewal information They do not have a place on the website where you can delete your credit card Information Their terms of service and website is designed to take advantage of people as is evident by all of the complaints I am sure this is just the tip of the iceberg How... read more

Legal zoom is a scam I started a business with them last year. I didnt renew my anything with them they found a way to get my debit card information several times after I changed my card I recently just looked at my bank account and saw that they were charging me ***** a month I called them and asked what was this charge for and I was told for legal advice. I thought they werent lawyers and I never gave them permission to use bill my cards

Complete nightmare when trying to set up my llc in **. Paid nearly $700 and got. I have nothing from the *** that I paid for. Switched to ************* and everything is a lot smoother, no outsourced calls, and someone from the states calls you to help. Will NEVER ever use Legal Zoom again.
