Terrible company won't refund your money for a service you don't use or need. Tried to cancel but wouldn't allow me to then stole money from my bank account. I will be filing a claim on them.

I paid to start my fiance at the time an llc. Today I'm charged $249 and they refuse to refund the money. I am not tied to the llc. They said it was an annual filing charge well she filed with the secretary of state herself Legalzoom did not file anything. They have fraudulently charged my account in the past and reversed when we called. This charge is not authorized and the card they charged does not have any dealings with legalzoom check the name on the card and the name on the llc. Refund my money asap.

This company needs to be shut down. No matter how many times you tell them you want to cancel a subscription, they fail to do so. I have canceled so many times then get surprised with a new charge and repeat the process all over again. They do not allow you to remove your financial information to prevent being charged. I should not be charged for a service I am not even using and have made clear I do not need. As a business helping with ******* services, they should not be using such scheming behavior in order to make money.... read more

I recently needed to revise my will and trust to include my new name and update the email on my account. **************** continues to be terrible. I was first told I needed to consult a lawyer to change my email, but not my name (escalated this ridiculous idea, but took 1 hour to resolve). I paid $49.90 for my revision. The most shameful part is that they LIED to me about a legal requirement. I guess Im just another fool who paid for this service. I thought I was paying for a one-time service, or as they call it, a package'. As it turned out (in the fine print), I was subscribed to the tune of $249 per LLC (2 of them) per year, for a mere few emails reminding me of forms I was already filing and could handle quite well on my own, thanks. Terrible experience with Legal Zoom. Make sure you read the fine print - they will nickel and dime you and I was charged and enrolled in an auto-renewing subscription, unbeknownst to me, for the Registered ************* which was an extra $249. I only realized this because one year later I am being charged $299 for the same service. I filed for a *** and a hidden "Business Permits and Licensing," (which I didn't receive any documents for or needed, I was tricked into believing I needed it) and I was bamboozled into thinking its normal to pay $249 for ***. It was actually only $21. I got scammed. I'm a college student and I have NO money to waste. And I want the difference after the *** back.

I used LegalZoom to set up an *** and try to save money. Somehow Ive been signed up for a subscription that **st $100 month. I called to cancel and they say I cant for a year. I will be charged $1200 for a subscription I didnt sign up for. I **uld have hired a lawyer to setup the *** and I still would have saved money. Misleading Business Practices are used by LegalZoom, but what else do you expect from lawyers? Essentially during your LLC formation, they make it all too easy to sign up for the Registered ************* and they don't say too much about during the formation process, which I bet is on purpose, by design.
