Horrible customer service community I signed up for their living will service in 2020. Little did I know it was a revolving cost per year. I noticed they charged me $199 for a contract renew (automatic charge) that I did not authorize. I called same day to cancel the subscription and receive a refund. I was out on hold multiple times - and was told there is now refund available due to policy. I did not authorize the recurring charge, but they are still willing to take my money.
I havent been able to get back into my account and now Im being told that theres some new legal document that needs to filled out or I can go to jail but, I cant even get them to do something when I call. Last time the person said to just wait a bit and I would have access again but here we are. Nothings changed and I wish I wouldve went through a different company.
I purchased an estate bundle with legal services in May 2023. The legal services were $199 and I was told that I would receive an email reminder of the renewal for 2024. I did not and it wasn't until I checked my bank account that I saw the $199 deduction pending in my bank account. I contacted ********************** for a refund and was denied. I would not recommend the company again as it has unfair practices to keep the company profitable.

Their trademark department is A1. But that Legal Assist is a scam. I purchased it a year ago for my Mom. No contracts. No signatures. Not even an email confirming i purchased it right? A year later and i have to renew before a certain time. At no point in my having Legal Assist from the time i purchased it to the time i renewed it did Legal Zoom EVER communicate that they could not refund after renewal. This company needs to shut down. I just asked them about their business practices. I filed for an LLC concerning my future business KandJ Global. They sent me one email. I did not get any understanding why they were charging me that much money. I could have did the same thing by myself. They helped me with nothing. They sent no emails about why their charging me. They then sent me a place where I could write a review, but when I clicked submit, it went from very unlikely to recommend them to highly recommend them which I did not pick that!!I would not recommend this business to anyone.
