**************** doesn't know what they are doing. They keep submitting my requests wrong. I paid extra for the licenses my business needed and they sent me the report for my home address instead of the business address. Now they don't want to send me the corrected report and they won't return my money. Legal Zoom is full of hidden fees, lies, and empty promises. I was charged for a service I did not want or need, and contacted the company for a refund. After hours on the phone and following their instructions, they only awarded a refund after my credit card company got involved. Their business strategy is to charge you as much as possible, provide as little service as possible, then waste your time by transferring your phone calls and placing you on hold until you give up. I opened an LLC with Legalzoom in 2021. I paid additional yearly for their registered agent services. Today as I write this my LLC is no longer operational. I contacted them via their chat service as I was charged ****** today on 3/9 for their registered agent services. I was told that they have indeed confirmed that my business was no longer operational however I cannot be given a refund on the funds I paid because of the amount of time that has lapsed. DO NOT USE LEGAL ZOOM! They are so incompetent and unprofessional. You'll think you're paying one thing and you will end up paying much more with annual renewals that you have to cancel. They could not even get my articles of organization and I had to go out to the secretary of state to receive them, what is the point of even using the service. They took forever to get me ANY information. DO NO USE LEGAL ZOOM! They are a terrible company.

Have Spent a month waiting for my expedited Amendment Package all to see its not correct on ********** website. I tried calling in to see if this could be fixed, the first person I talked to just wanted to argue and all the supervisor said was youll have to wait until we can review your call. So much for expedited service. Legal zoom you flawlessly took care of my Operating Agreement but completely dropped the ball on my Amendment Package, do better. Absolutely terrible. I paid to have an LLC setup and even paid extra to have it expedited. After a few weeks I called to find the status and they informed me there was a problem with the filing. They said the state declined my signature because it didn't look enough like my name spelled out. So I resubmitted the form after carefully signing it so my signature would mirror my written name. scam of a company. do not use to open an LLC, better off doing it yourself or hiring a real lawyer. They will charge extra subscriptions without warning you and not allow you to cancel.
