Worst website ever. My private equity team send over 10M in personal business and they screwed me over time and time again. **** never refer this company to anyone. About time to stack up lawyers and get this company shut down. Worthless money stealing company. Legal zoom does not do it legal

Long story short, they'll steal your money. Last year I filed for an llc and in top of the $136 I paid for my llc, they took it upon themselves to act as an registered agent, which was another $249. I explained to them that I'll act as my own registered agent and they told me I would have to go to *********** in order to get my money back. On top of that, they charged me another $136 for another llc with the same name doing the same thing and another $249 for another registered agent after I was told it wouldn't happen again... read more

If I could leave zero star I would. I sought to acquire a ****c to expand my brand in relation to community services. I signed up in 2/2023 for this service with LZ. I was charged $1042 plus annual fee of $230 PLUS $49/month! I have not yet to receive any documentation from LZ nor the govt as Ive been repeatedly advised by LZ. Every-time I call to get updates Im told the Name of my application has to be changed. I have updated the name twice because they claim the suffix wasnt acceptable. This site is a scam. I used them to file my hair business in 2019, they filed things wrong and then couldn't help me fix it, I had to contact my state to fix it myself. I mistakenly used them again this last summer to help me amend my LLC and start a new DBA and they AGAIN messed up all my paperwork and I am STILL trying to fix it 7 months later, and even though I have asked to speak to a supervisor to help me get it fixed I still have yet to talk to one. Terrible experience with this company. I hired them to incorporate a business for me out of state, I did not use them as my Registered Agent, and they still will not close my account and continue to charge me monthly even though I am using no service. I called them in early December 2023 to close my account, and then I saw in February they were still charging me. This was a absolute nightmare. I was told a llc would be set up one way then come tax season it is completely wrong. Now i am fighting hand over fist trying to get it corrected. To add on-top of this they attempted to steal money from me for services that i declined or was told were free. Out of all the good reviews this place is truly a nightmare. I wish i would have set up a llc myself because i wouldent have had to fight legal zoom for my money back and my llc would have been set up correctly.

Beware! In the initial call I was sold more than I wanted. I called back to scale back to what I wanted they told me i could not stop what was started and would be able to do so later. I have called repeatedly to have the entire account closed with no additional deductions. I was assured no further deductions would be made and deductions have again been made, even after assurances with repeated calls that no further monies would be taken from my account. $249 turned into 749$ overnight and more fee were on the way. They automatically make themselves the authorized point of contact even though you input your personal information to even start their service and charge an additional $199/annually for it. Every feature on the website actually has another price on it once you paid the initial fee, because that fee was for them to fill out 1 paper to become a fulcrum on your LLC forcing you to do the due diligence to file paperwork that makes you the primary point of contact and t... read more

This is the worst company to work with. I had applied for my LLC account. It took them 2 months to write me back to tell me the paperwork I turned in was the incorrect form. After many phone calls and attempt to have a representative call me back, They still did not fix my paperwork. They emailed me the supposedly correct form to fill out and email to them.
