The descriptions of the packages are false advertising an inaccurate. After you pay for the pro plan they add all of these other charges for things that are supposed to be included. The next day I get another charge for something I never agreed to. When calling customer services within 12 hours of the transaction they say they cannot cancel- even though it clearly states in their advertising you can be refunded if not satisfied. Absolutely the worst Started on 11/10/23 and after errors and no calling no heads You have to find the mistakes what do you pay for in this service if youre still doing the work. Just go to your clerk office better than paying these guys Its 2/09/24 and I lost a job contract

First off I figured Id go ahead and let this company handle my paperwork just to take the load off me I purchased the expedited service and its been almost three weeks and I have not received my articles it seems like every week its something different that they need for all this hassle I could have just went to the state building myself and got better and faster results hardly anyone in this company even speaks good English i will never I mean never do buisness with them again

For some unknown reason my RA subscription was not automatically charged like I was told it would resulting in legalzoon resigning as my RA without a single phone call. I called to resolve it and after being bounced back and forth getting different information from agents, someone finally told me she was taking care of it, but while I was on hold the call dropped after 50 min on the phone and I never got a call back. Legal Zoom has horrible customer service. They are a subscription service, so beware. Even after you stop using them months and years later, they will charge you their yearly subscription fee and not notify you by email or otherwise. You could paying for a service you are not using. I haven't used them in 2 years and just accidentally noticed they charged me their yearly subscription fee of $199 at the end of the 2023 in December. No phone notification. No email notification. I was embarrassed to admit how much I paid LegalZoom to "file my taxes" when ultimately I'm going to ave someone else file them because I dodn't trust LegalZoom. They failed to tell me I had to backpay my employment taxes after they switched me to a SCorp late in the year resulting in a $732 assessment penalty, $732 late report penalty, $80wage item penalty and $319 in interest. Absolutely terrible communication from their team. The Karbon app that they use for important notices and deadlines would be fine for ************ matters. Though for crucial contract dates, unless you really stay on top of the app and check in yourself often, it is likely for critical notices to go missing. Two years and $700 later, the only thing I am holding is my disappointment in LegalZoom due to their lack of communication. (They have a no refund policy.)

Terrible service... Very unhappy with my experience with LegalZoom. I made the mistake to subscribe to their Registered ************** only to realize that they won't let you close your account or cancel the subscription until the state processed your termination/change of registered agent. They ask however for you to upload a copy of the form submitted to the state to even submit the cancellation. But then, they refused to cancel the renewal subscription or refund your money until the state has officially processed it using... read more
