I think this company is a scam.They say they aerent lawyers after theyve filed paperwork against your knowledge.They dont file things correct.They charge a lot. All I got was headache from tax people before I even began a business

The worst company I could have ever tried to start my business with. The salesman convinced me of all the process being handled would be handled by Legal Zoom and that I wouldn't have to worry about the complex stuff by working with them. I have been lied and deceived to by this company and you would be as well. Legal Zoom is a scam. I discolved my LLC and they want to continue to charge me for services they wont be applying to a disolved company. They have very very deceptive practices. Once you are in their system you are essentially held prisoner. I suggest using real attorny's. These folks are simply a business and will take you for alot. Not worth and they should be prevented from practicing. DO NOT USE LEGAL ZOOM!!! My business has been closed for 3 years and they continue to charge $299 registered agent fee. FOR A NON EXISTING BUSINESS!!! How this is legal is beyond me

this company do not provide service they outsource this service and then never follow up please do not hire them as they will charge you lots of fees for cancellation and their service providers are terrible

Avoid at all costs. I paid them to dissolve my LLC and they sent me a letter explaining they are no longer my registered agent then 6 months later charged me $249.00 for being my registered agent. I called and asked for a refund and they would not process it.

Disappointed, they have digital record only from 2017. Couldnt find my Living Will/Power of Attorney document even with the order number because it was created in 2010. They want me to pay again and set up a new document for what I have already paid for!

Don't go through legal zoom to start your business! They are overpriced and if they make a mistake they offer to collapse what you've already done and paid for. Only to start over again and pay hundreds of dollars again! They will not help to resolve the issue that their mistake created. I paid for them to help me create a nonprofit and when I got the paperwork it was formed as a for profit. A big mistake.

The $299 charge has turned into over $1000 of recurring charges and all before I was given an EIN and thus, had an official business. The small print of recurring charges (even after canceling the credit card) is beyond unreasonable. I called the company and asked them to discontinue all charges until I my business was officially recognized with both the state and the federal government but they refused.
