This site is a huge rip off. I can't speak for every state but in mine filing for an LLC cost around $40. Legal Zoom charged me hundreds and started unwanted subscriptions for hundreds more. They claim to make the process easier but the truth is the services are marked up 10x from the at cost services provided online by .gov ********* Even after canceling services and subscriptions that I didn't know I had and didn't need I was not refunded despite only being a single day late to cancel for a service that was suppose to last... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would.They've charge me $300 every year for a business that I DO NOT USE.They go against their own policy and make up the rules as they go DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT USE THEM!If you can, just do it yourself through your state, much cheaper and easier

LegalZoom is an Unethical liar that take advantage of their customers! They create issues that causes delays and lie to the customer by pointing the blame on the Secretary of ************ as it relates to (made up) processing times! They intimidate and bully the customers to believe that you cant do certain things and MUST purchase their products and if you dont certain orders or requests can not occur or go through properly! Buyer Beware! I used Legal Zoom to set up my business.. that was fine.. except I've been charged annually for several years $499 for them to be my Registered Agent. While other companies are $49 annually. Do Your Homework so you are not out several thousands of dollars.

Legal zoom has given me the run-arounds.. quick to help open your business but after that they don't help....I had to close my business due to covid , contacked them they wanted 125 dollars plus fees to desolve my business. something i could do on line easily . i have been trying for over a year to get the Agent of records removed . Although my experience with your rep. ********* today was excellent, overall, my experience with Legal Zoom was an absolute disaster, and will NEVER recommend it to anyone. For what I needed to do in creating my LLC, I could have done a little extra legwork and done it all on my own for FAR less $$$. I was in close proximity to one of your representatives and or employees *********************************** who on occasion would talk about customers send texts with customers information on it as well as employees names also talked about the employees whom she worked with I have on my possession a couple text as to where they were sent to me about a customer who had made a big purchase and or had customers private information. Found out they let someone start and *** in my name, and now I cant get ahold of anyone within the company to speak to them about the issue. multiple phone calls. over an hour on hold. The initial representative was rude and wouldn't let me speak to explain the issue was asking me about the phone and email when I don't have that information just the name of the *** and some number that the state I live in has sent me for tax purposes.

I would give them a zero. Go somewhere else to establish your LLC. Stay away, the worst customer ever.. no help, they will charge you for everything and won't tell about monthly and yearly fees..
