I would caution using Legal Zoom. Snail pace for everything, complete lack of customer support, unwillingness to provide any meanful answers when questioned. I made the mistake of trusting Legal Zoom with dissolving my LLC in **. It is January ****, and the filing was done in May of 2023. They did give me a **** tracking number that did verify that a package was deliveried on May 9, 2023. Presumably that package contained the necessay forms to dissolve my LLC. Very upset. I formed an *** and I don't have a CLUE how the autofill or something put my boyfriends name in place of mine, on my account, but the *** was formed in my name...and all financial and header letters to HIS name. Ive had the worst experience with them, I apparently paid for a yearly service, which come to find out, I dont even need because my ************* was defaulted months prior due to their negligence. The state attorney for that state told me they had sent out five notices to the address provided ( Legal Zooms made ** address) in which Im still supposed to receive a copy for and yet received any of those notices which in turn cost me hundreds plus frustration. *** asked for a refund and keep getting the runaround. Buyers beware, the state works on the weekends, I order an LLC package on a Sunday and I called Legal Zoom to cancel on the next day on a Monday to cancel and long behold my LLC is completed and the 60 refund policy does not apply --even though I called to cancel in less than 24 hours. Legal Zoom would not refund anything of the $800.00 fee. What a scam.

If I could give a zero, I would. LegalZoom does not follow up. You cannot talk to a live person, and if you have a dispute, it will cost you to dispute it. The Zoom is 100% not worth the money. They took well above the time they promised to have documents ready. They came up with many excuses. The online chat is AI. They do not respond appropriately and will not escalate issues. ***************************

LegalZoom has presented themselves as a quick and east way to handle and manage your business. While the platform may look that way, let me assure you, it is not. When is comes to spending money for add-ons and services that appear helpful they willl happily take your momney. In return? You recieve outsouced customer service, snail speed results, and shoddy services.Their customer service and accountability is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Charged me for services I didn't want. Less than 15 days of processing and already problems. I want to reverse everything but I am told my documents have already been submitted to the state. Hopefully, I can get my money back for those services that were inactive. **************** *****. I may have to contact my banking institution and report fraud charges.
