They changed me $299 for a business that has been dissolved after a year of no activity they charged me and wont refund it..I dont even have a business nor do I live in **********..talked with **** and she was not helpful at all..this company is supposed to help build peoples dreams not put them in financial debt

not happy with the service . I paid extra for expedited service and it's been over a month and half and still didn't get my EIN number .That was not the service I paid for or the promise that I received from your sales department to get everything done within a 5 days max ****** .I am very disappointed .

I have been waiting 2 months for my llc transfer. I have called and complained they just lie and say it will be 48 to 72 hours. Spoke with a manager and she told me the only people who can expedite an order would be a manager. But I had an employee tell me they made a mistake on my paper work and would expedite my paper since it was their fault. DO NOT USE LEGAL ZOOM! TRUST ME.

LegalZoom charge me $199 for being a registered agent that I did not agree to. I tried to file on OKLAs Secretary of State page and it was impossible to navigate. So I went to LegalZoom to file my paperwork and paid $100 for that. Then without any conversation I got $199 charge for them representing me as my lead registered agent in order to reverse this charge. I have to go back to the Secretary of State and file paperwork, which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place very unethical.

Legal zoom had held onto my order since September. I have requested a supervisor multiple times for over a month. Every time I call I get a call center that is out of the country They are also Charging customers for EIN. Which is free from the *** DO NOT USE LEGAL ZOOM

If I could give LegalZoom 0 stars that is what I would give. Bait and switch. I went online to create my LLC with them. I signed up for the basic LLC . Total was $559. Registered Agent was free for the first year as were other documents; per the website. After I paid the $559 I received an email with other itemizations to include another $400 to be charged for compliance and registered agent etc. When I called to dispute this I was told sorry these are the fees, no refunds and you can't cancel even the order even though it w... read more

BEWARE!!! They charge you for the whole year and even if you cancel the day they charged you they won't entertain a refund. They charged me almost $500 today and I cancelled immediately, and they refused to provide a refund. They DO NOT CARE about their customers and are only interested in extracting money from small businesses.

BEWARE - Legal Zoom signs you up for a subscription and makes it difficult to cancel. I received a gift of a ************* and a year late they charged the person who sent me the gift again. When I called, I was convinced that a subscription was needed and paid them. When I decided I did not need it, and attempted to cancel and removed my payment information - they went and billed the person who gave me the gift - AGAIN. J in have paid this company almost a thousand dollars in May of 2023 to file a Non Profit and its still not completed. They continued to tell me that they sent over information to the Secretary of State on 3 different days Sept. , Oct. and lastly Nov. 20th. Well lets just say Sunbiz has completed their part as of 11/21 and Legal Zoom is still saying Sunbiz is still reviewing but, I can search and find the filing on the SunBiz website.
