Spent bucks and got little to nothing for it. Bought an expensive option and never used it and struggled to make it worth my time.
Worst experience. It has been a nightmare working with LegalZoom. A simple task of converting general stock to proffessional corp even after paying expedited fee took 3 + months to finish and that too only after I sent the right paper myself to state . If I had left to LegalZoom it would have take another month. Literally hand held them for every single thing. They have always messed up when filing my paperwork, spelling errors, etc. They get the job done in the end but not without me following up several times. I would recommend another company like *** file
Paid them to do a job that was never completed. I did it my self and called them multiple times to resolve the issue. They give you a hard time trying to speak to management with HORRIBLE wait times.
I purchased a *** for $159 for Legalzoom. After 4 months of failing to complete the job (with issues from their side!), I asked for a ************* told me I had passed the 60 day window. I completed the *** paperwork on my own in 3 hours. They are APSOLUTE THEIVES. This process has costed me upwards of 8 hours in addition to the $159. Horrible business.
Awful company. Totally screwed up everything in starting my business. Shut down by the city in two months and Legal Zoom was nowhere trying to even offer help.
Hi i got a hidden charge $199.00 for a service i didnt agree on and i never was aware of this is extremely frustrating.
I dont often review on legal zoom but I have been suffered lot of stress with legalzoom services. They have charged me way more then the actual fee and block me to signing my account, I have not able to file my initial business filings they just provided me EIN number, I called them several times but they put cloying loop of lies and dont help to resolve issues. Pathetic service, first tier of support is clueless, 100 different people filing your paper, its a one jumbled super mess. 2 months and counting, a non profit could not be formed!!
